Their car was shot at and the four were taken hostage by the Scorpion division of the Gulf Cartel before they were able to reach the clinic where Latavia McGee had her abdominoplasty appointment. Sadly, Zindell Brown and Shaeed Woodard were killed. An innocent passerby was also murdered by the cartel, by mistake. ²
